Actual-theoretical comparison of component dimensions

With an actual-theoretical comparison you can see directly the difference between a CAD model and the volume model produced by the CT.

So you can check the target allowance without measurement programming.

Especially in the prototype phase of manufacturing you can have results very quick.

By doing a check on a second volume model, p.e. after 1.000.000 produced parts, against the initial sample part will show you the tool wear.

High-low allowance for interference will be color coded shown. Here you can also see  complex structures in hidden areas.
