When we commenced operation with our first X-Ray tomograph in 1998, we were convinced of this technology’s future sustainability. By now, we are specialized in the realm of non-destructive testing by using various techniques for a broad range of industrial components.

Our material inspectors provide specific knowledge in 3D computer tomography, digital radiography, X-Ray, ultrasound, magnetic particle, eddy current and dye penetrant (fluorescence) testing as well as in endoscopy and videoscopy. With our qualified testing staff at our sites in the Stuttgart and Wolfsburg areas, Tuscaloosa (USA) and Slowakia, and with our large machinery, we are able to examine large amounts of parts very quickly and comprehensively but in great detail.

Based on our experience with 2D X-Ray analyses and computer tomography as well as by using optical 3D scanners and up-to-date 3D printers, our engineering sector is able to support our clients developing and “prototyping” new products. Target-actual comparisons, measurement technology in 2D and 3D, porosity and cavity analyses, wall thickness analyses or fibre composite analyses belong to the daily work of our engineers and technicians.
